Terms & Conditions

1. The classes and the choice of exercises, are based upon our sound teaching practice, and the information you have provided about yourself when filling out Client Assessment & declaration Form. When exercising you must follow the instructions of the teacher at all times. You must therefore inform us about any change in your medical condition as soon as you become aware of it.

2.    We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or death unless the same is caused directly by negligence of one of the teachers during a class. If during a class you experience pain, breathlessness or other discomfort you must stop immediately and notify your teacher.

3.    Pilates is meant to teach people good movement patterns and positioning. Pilates teachers are not qualified to diagnose and you should not seek medical advice from your teacher.

4.    In the best interests of all our clients and, according to good professional practice, we reserve the right of final decision over whether any client may attend a class.

​

5.    Pilates classes & private sessions usually last for 50 minutes. Yoga classes lasts for 60-90 minutes (will be stated in the class description). Time lost through late arrival cannot be made up by an extended class. Out of consideration for the Trainer and other Clients, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you will not be able to train.

6.    Fees for all classes are stated in our current scale of charges that is displayed in the website. We reserve the right to vary those charges without prior notice. Remaining classes from a pre-paid pack will remain valid after any fee change, for the duration of that series.

7.    Classes, packages and private training sessions are valid for one months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise

​

8. Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class. Purchasing a package does not guarantee you a place in your chosen class unless you have specifically booked it.

9. Prepaid cases packages are non-refundable, and not transferable, except by specific arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

​

10. No refund will be given to you if you fail to attend a class for which you have paid in advance. If, however, you give us at least 24 hours prior notice of cancellation you may simply reschedule your class without any financial penalty.

13. If undertaking a studio/equipment-based class you should not attempt to adjust or interfere with any of the apparatus, unless under instruction from the instructor. In the interests of Health & Safety you are expected to return cushions and small equipment to the appropriate place when you have finished using them.

​

14. The Studio is ‘No Shoes’ Studio. Clean nonslip socks should be worn for your session, or you may choose to go barefoot. For hygiene purposes we highly recommend bringing your own mat

​

15. Mobile phones should be switched off for the duration of your session and on silent when you are in the studio. Clients are not allowed to take photos in the studio.

​

16. Items purchased from the store are refundable for 3 days after purchase with the condition to be new and with the price tag on..

​

17.    Places on our workshops or courses once paid cannot be refunded. If In the event of a cancellation, all or part of the booking fee may be commuted to a future booking with us.

​

18. Payment for classes and workshops must be made in advance
